Customer Service - Watercolor Print Information:

SHIPPING:
We ship in heavy cardboard tubes. Two prints will fit in one tube. Shipping cost for orders under $500.00 is $30.00. We ship Federal Express or UPS or DHL Ground.

Do not keep your prints in the tube for extended periods of time. Open as soon as possible and lay flat. Please remove the print with great care to prevent creases and other damage.

For orders outside of the U.S. please e-mail us to arrange for special shipping charges please e-mail us.

Allow two to three weeks for delivery, depending on the printer’s schedule. Most of the time we can get the prints to you within 10 days.

RETURNS:
We allow returns within 30 days if for some reason you are not satisfied. We will refund the cost of the print, or send another but we have to ask you to pay the cost of return shipping.
