Customer Service - Tapestry Information:

HANGING TAPESTRIES:
All tapestries have a velcro strip attached securely to the top. A matching velcro strip is enclosed, and can be stapled or nailed to the wall, and the tapestry can then be pressed against the wall strip.

A pocket is provided on all tapestries so that the tapestry can hang with a rod, if so desired, instead of hanging by the velcro method.

SHIPPING TAPESTRIES:
Our fabric collage tapestries are shipped around the outside of a cardboard tube
which is covered by a heavy protective wrapping.

When a tapestry is delivered please unroll the tapestry and lay flat or hang on the wall as soon as possible, to prevent wrinkling.

SHIPPING METHOD:
Tapestries are shipped by ground by Federal Express. Express shipping will incur extra charges.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR TAPESTRIES:
Shipping cost for orders under $500.00 is $30.00. We ship Federal Express or UPS or DHL Ground.

RETURNS:
We allow returns within 30 days if for some reason you are not satisfied. We will refund the cost of the print, or send another but we have to ask you to pay the cost of return shipping.
